I started bullet journaling in March. I always saw people doing it on pinterest and thought it was so cool. For my birthday, I got some journals, markers and pens and that’s when I started. I looked at other peoples journals for inspiration. I want to show how I usually lay out my weekly spread.

I lay out my spread to try to organize my week, maintain good habits and track my health. I feel that the journal really helps to keep me on track and motivated.

I always try to include a motivating quote every week in the spread. I like to always have three habits to maintain during the week. I also like to do a graph of my calories burned to track my activity. On the side, I like to make a to do list to set goals for myself.

Here I track what exercise I did on that particular day. I also write down what time I wake up and go to sleep.

These are the pens and markers I use to journal. I love the pen pack because you can do so many styles of writing with the variety of pens and thicknesses. The midliners are two sided and come in so many colors. I linked the utensils I use down below.
