I, like many other people love pizza. I can always go for a slice of dominos or NY style pizza. However, pizza does not always work with my fitness and health goals. I want to show how I make a healthy pizza.

For this recipe, you are going to need…..

  • 1/2 cup of egg whites
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • sprinkle of Italian seasoning
  • Marinara or pizza sauce
  • Mozarella cheese

First, mix your egg whites, flour, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a bowl.

Next, pour on to medium skillet, cover and cook on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes.

Flip and spread however much sauce you like on your pizza and sprinkle mozzarella. Cover and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

I love this pizza because I can customize it however I want to. You can add whatever toppings, and create any flavor so easily. I decided to add some basil on top. This pizza comes in under 240 calories and has over 20 grams of protein! DM me your pizza creations and tag me @allofmaeo on instagram.
