Last week, I visited my grandparents in Ohio. They live in a small town on Lake Erie. We drove down through Columbus and Dayton finally Cincinnati. Cincinnati was the coolest city out of the three and I wanted to share some of my favorite spots there when I visited. I only stopped for the afternoon but still saw some cool things.
1. Purple People Bridge
This bridge was beautiful to walk over. You could cross the Ohio river and get to Kentucky! They have a marker in the middle that shows the Kentucky/Ohio border. There is a pedestrian walkway that is so pretty and the views are amazing. I took some cute pictures there too! If you decide to visit, carve out about 45 minutes for this experience.

2. Findlay Market
This whole area was so cute, colorful and hip. This central market was extremely busy but so cute. There were a ton of local businesses including restaurants and small shops. If you visit, I would go for lunch and walk around the area.
3. Maverick Chocolate
This locally owned chocolate shop was amazing! The experience in there is so cool. When you walk in, they have a chocolate tasting bar where you can try a variety of unique flavors like lemon lavender white chocolate or strawberries and cream chocolate. They are located inside of the Findlay Market area. We got ice cream sandwiches and they were so delicious, especially in the heat of the summer.
4. Murals
This goes along with the Findlay Market. In the area, (called Over the Rhine), there are many murals all around. These murals are the perfect spot for a great instagram picture. The one pictured below is right on the corner near the Findlay Market.
