Last week I visited my family in Ohio. I went to our friends cafe, root to rise. It was the cutest place! One of the options there was chia seed pudding. It was amazing and I had to be able to make it at home. I started looking at recipes online and decided to make my own. I found a peach chia pudding recipe online. I will link it below.

This recipe could be adjusted to your liking. You can change the type of fruit or the type of milk you use. Oatmilk, coconut milk, soy milk or hemp milk could all be used. Just depending on the flavor you are going for. I think that a tropical chia seed pudding would be amazing with pineapple, mango and coconut milk. You could add blueberries, crushed graham crackers and oat milk to create a pie tasting pudding. You get the idea!

I love how fast and easy this is. You just throw everything in a jar and there is minimal mess or cleanup. It is also super friendly to take on the go. Chia seeds provide protein which I always need. A little goes a long way with them because they expand with the liquid. I followed the recipe exactly in a mason jar and left it in my fridge overnight. I woke up the next day and had it for breakfast and it was SO GOOD! I definently want to try other ways of making it and new flavors.
