I am a huge breakfast person and it probably my favorite meal of the day. Sometimes, I have trouble even deciding what I want for breakfast because everything sounds so good.
1. English muffin with avocado, everything but the bagel seasoning and egg whites on top
I use a quarter cup of egg whites and fry them in the pan, like a thin omelette Once they are cooked, I sprinkle cheese on top and divide it into two small omelettes. I spread avocado on my toasted english muffins and sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning on top. I then put the little egg omelettes on top. It is like healthy breakfast sandwiches.
2. Egg whites, spinach, cheese, english muffin
I start off by pouring a half cup of egg whites into a pan. I add a cup of spinach and a quarter cup of cheese, I like using mozzarella. I scramble the eggs. I toast an english muffin and add butter. It is my FAVORITE breakfast ever! Sometimes if I am feeling fancy I will add little tomatoes.
3. Oatmeal
I have a whole blog post about oatmeal but I just had to add it to the list. I love it because you can create so many different flavors and I add protein so it allows me to get more protein into my diet.
